This week was too busy with family visiting and other life items to get any concentrated amount of painting done. I was able to do a lot of building and fixing this week though since you can spend like 10-15 mins at a time to do a little something here and there. Plus, my son really digs building things with his Dad. He plays 'this is the good guy, this is the bad guy' with my miniatures while I build other ones. He is usually pretty careful and eggs me on to build all the 'big guys' :-D

- built and based ogrun chieftain (based meaning put the sand and rocks down before priming)
- based thagrosh the prophet
- based deathstalker
- fixed and based one harrier
- fixed spawning vessel & crew
- based one seraph
- based & built unmounted darragh wrathe
- based 10 legionaires
- based ravagore and scythean
- started putting together the base, torso and legs for a carnivean I had sitting around. Once I get the new plastic dragonspawn kit, he will but built as a scythean instead and the plastic kit will be a magnetized head for a 2nd ravagore or proteus.
- built piper of ord
- build hierophant
- started some of the bone bits painting on the 2 helldiver and the slayer along with a few splashes of color on the harrower
Next week goals:
Are the zealots + UA the best reserves I can have? No. But I don't have much other than a couple of light jacks, which I just don't see working well. The piper will stick with the KEE making them more of a tar pit. Just not sure if I should bond the redeemer for more auto-fire or the templar for a 4 focus tough-guy.
If worse comes to worse, I will just paint like the dickens next weekend hoping I can get a good portion of the 5 jacks done. However, I am going to shoot for getting in some painting at least Monday night and maybe 1 other night during the week.
